So on a FB group, people were talking about a protein flour you could get from Kodiak so I went looking.  Found things with almond, but didn't necessarily see anything else so sent an email.  This is what I got back...so may buy the pancakes for DS to try at some point.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Below is our full allergen statement for your use.

The reason we say that our mixes do contain trace amounts, even if it is highly likely that they don't, is because there is no grey area as far as the FDA is concerned. If the facility has nuts present, there are trace amounts, plain and simple. Any product that is produced on shared lines will endure a top to bottom cleaning process that lasts anywhere from 7-8 hours before another product can be produced.

We now produce many of our mixes in a peanut free facility. If you do not see a prompt on our packaging for trace amounts of peanuts, you can be sure that the mix was made in our peanut free facility.

The following nuts and all varieties are present in our dry product facilities: Almonds, cashews, chestnuts, coconuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pistachios, pine nuts, peanuts and walnuts.

If any grain or flour other than whole grains are used as an ingredient in our products, it will be called out clearly in the ingredients section and allergen warning on our products. We do not share lines with, or use sesame in our products.

All of our frozen products are made in a nut-free and peanut free facility.

In addition, we want you to know that we are working diligently on making all of our dry mix plants nut-free as well. It's been a slow process, but we are making headway!

Let us know if you need any other information from us. We are always happy to help!
