Sesame Food Challenge

What do I bring for a sesame food challenge. Insructions say to bring a serving size of the allergen.

I have a phone appointment booked with allergist next month and will set up date, and which food to test first. Since this group is where I learned to eliminate my allergens, I figured asking here seems appropriate to find out how to eat them.
