Kate, I don't know about availability, nor do I know what standard you are looking for with 'organic,' but Guittard produces a number of fair-trade products for small-scale manufacturing (little gourmet chocolatiers, basically).

They are very definitely safe for PA/TNA, and they are also delicious.

As for baking cocoa, we have used Hershey's (which I don't love) and SaCo brands (which I do).

Neither is specifically organic-- the SaCo product is produced in Canada.

Does anyone happen to know of a safe brand of organic baking chocolate? We are mostly looking for chocolate chips and cocoa powder. We are PA/TNA. Thanks!
