I quit using campbell's a year or two ago fully intending to make my own and keep portions in the freezer. So far I have been way too lazy to make my own so have not used a single recipe that calls for cream soup. In fact, I actively seek out recipes that don't call for it. I do have some favorites that call for it so I guess I should just buckle down and get it made.

We use Amy's Cream of Mushroom on occasion. It's actually very tasty.

Progresso has a cream of mushroom that is gluten free - not sure about your allergies though.  I haven't felt comfortable with other organic brands in regards to peanut/tree nut, gluten and egg.

There are lots of recipes out there for cream of blank that you can make from scratch.  I have not made any - have chosen to avoid recipes that need them  :hiding:
