Krispy Kreme also has peanuts on the menu.

From the Krispy Kreme FAQs:

Quote
Q
Which allergens can be found in Krispy Kreme shops?
Our shops contain products that include common allergens. All of our doughnuts contain soy and wheat. Some products contain eggs, dairy and nuts. Our newest doughnut (debuting 7/24) contains peanuts and other ingredients made with peanuts. We list all allergens that may be found in our shops in accordance with the Food Safety Manufacturing Act.

Q
Do you have procedures in place to prevent cross-contamination?
We train our team members on and follow National Restaurant Association and ServSafe sanitation practices, but there might be trace allergens in our products.

Q
Why have you gone away from being nut free?
Shops have the option of not selling certain doughnuts, but our shops are not "nut-free." While some shops do not have products with nuts on the menu, we are not "nut-free". We receive ingredients from suppliers who produce products with nuts and other allergens. Following national safety guidelines, we take many steps to clean machines and surfaces in our shops, but there is the possibility that trace allergens might be found in our products. As a result, we post and label known allergens and ask guests to make sure they check the post before entering our shops and labels before consuming.

Q
Why are some shops nut-free and others not?
Shops have the option of not selling certain doughnuts, but none of our shops are "nut-free".

This is just a snippet of all their allergen FAQs.
