Oregon Ice Cream Co. is recalling 641 tubs of 3 gallon Denali Bear Claw ice cream because they may contain peanuts. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they eat the ice cream.

The ice cream was distributed in Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Arizona and Alaska. The product is sold at ice cream scoop shops and Cash & Carry stores.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

The ice cream was recalled after it was discovered the packaging did not reveal the presence of peanuts.

Oregon Ice Cream Company LLC is recalling "Denali Bear Claw Ice Cream" due to undeclared peanuts.

The product was distributed in Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, at ice cream shops and Cash & Carry stores.

It is sold in 3-gallon tubs. The recall affects products with lot code 10124 and item number 061041; this information can be found on the label on the side of the tub.

Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or contact the company with questions at (800) 282-2202.
