A new article states that changes were made in 2003 to pharmacist regulations and that the pharmacist could have given her an EpiPen under emergency circumstances.  So sad.  I am praying for the family.

Everything about this IS horrible.

DD and I know precisely where she collapsed and died.  We've stood there.  :'(
