Her food allergies aren't severe enough to be dangerous - so she would go ahead and eat the food anyway, and she told me afterwards she felt like she had wool in her head. The delayed food allergies aren't immediately dangerous. I've done food challenges with normal portion sized amounts of the foods I'm allergic to, and I get quite sick. It's very unpleasant but it's never seemed at all dangerous.
