Labeled gluten free, nut free*, 5 g protein and high fiber.   (they are made with chickpeas)

*they have a disclaimer on the label that says good manufacturing practices are used to segregate the production of this bar in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts and gluten.

I found these at World Market.  I would have to call before I let DS eat them to find out about their "segregation practices", but these would certainly be better for DD than the Fiber One bars that I've been buying for her.
