Googled and found

25 Sheppard Ave W, North York
(416) 512-9000

Their web page has only toll free numbers and specifically says US citizens are to contact nestle US.  (In assume your friend purchased or plans to purchase in Canada.)

The number I posted is not open weekends.

If you want, you can send me the specific questions and I can try their toll free numbers.  (I realize it's usually better to call yourself because different answers might lead to a different question. )

I tried this a few years ago when there was suspicion of shea in the coffee crisp. I never did succeed in contacting them.

An acquaintance of mine in the US has been trying to call Nestle Canada to ask a few questions.  The 800 number does not work from the US and he has not been getting email response.  Do any of our Canadian members have a non 800 number I could pass along  to him?
