ajas,
They may have varying options but ingredient ordering is centralized. I worked at a McD's.

Just worth noting that McDonald's as franchise can have widely varying offerings store-to-store and regionally.  Important for all to remember when considering this fast food option.

DH gets the big pancake breakfast with no sausage. Do an egg McMuffin with no meat. This is occasional.

I just checked and it looks like they don't have the nutty oatmeal on the menu anymore either.

The pecan shake is gone. They do have a nut oatmeal but the nuts are in packets like for the sundaes.  DD has egg allergy, so the only thing she's been able to have is the original (non-nutty) oatmeal and the hash browns.

Lots of McDonald's have added nut and or peanut "mix ins" for the shake area.  This past fall that included a loose / scooped pecan mix in.

The pecans were all over the place behind the counter in 2 McDonald's I went into.

Just to let you know.

Anyone use McDonald's breakfast that's safe for PA/TNA?
I thought all their selection for breakfast and lunch were safe except for salads that may have nuts or am I misktaken?
