I can get them at Roche Bros.
I haven't called the companies but my son has eaten them without issues and he has allergies to all nuts and shellfish.  I use them as a protein source when we were traveling.  My son does not like protein bars either!

We do Tanka Bars, too.  I buy them when they're on sale, a case at a time.

OK cool - ds has scout camp this summer.  The boys do all the cooking and he needs to be able to bring supplementary food that doesn't take much room and preferably has some health value!  He hates all of the peanut free energy/protein bar substitutes.  They all taste kind of nutty.

No, we don't. Oberto is a peanut free facility.
