Just made this - it's GOOD!  But probably in no way, shape, or form a nutella replacement. For me - that'd probably be something like chocolate soybutter/sunbutter...right?

I wonder how this will spread on warm toast...

Perfect - added it to my Target list (I am getting so much better about having a running list for each store that I must hit up).

These are without the breadsticks (we buy those, too). I can only find these at Target. Let me know if you don't find them. They go on traveling speech tournaments with DS.
They are about the same size--a bit bigger--as the ketchup packets shaped like this.

Well, yes it is, if you're not allergic to hazelnuts.

But here--not a whole jar:

Great find:

Mac - are those with or without the breadsticks?  I would love to have this for DS1 while traveling but avoid the ones with the breadsticks (or whatever those weird things are) for obvious reasons :)  And if so - where did you find??

Tucking this here for right now. I don't know if it claims to be anything other than dairy free

No Nutella for us (nut allergy) but we've made a similar cocoa cinnamon spread since I was a kid and love it.  Another delightful spread we make is honey, cocoa, and cinnamon (all creamed together) on toast = yummy!  Speaking of which, we haven't made either in a few months now... that will change tonight.  Thanks for the link (and reminder)!

This is bad news!! Maybe DD will forget that I showed it to her.  I looked in my sister's cabinet for nutella when I was there...was sad she didn't have any on hand, but wasn't worth buying some just for a spoonful.

It's really good, and I'm not a chocolate fan.

A little dab inside a crescent roll before you bake it--wowza.

I have no food allergies and have *never* had, not even tasted, Nutella!
