I have a four year old daughter that struggles with multiple food allergies. Eating out and traveling is difficult to say the least.

The rate of individuals with food allergies is on the rise, but a majority of restaurants do not have an easy, comprehensive, and unified solution or are not addressing the issue at all. We are trying to resolve this issue and would like your feedback by taking this survey. Thank you in advance!
