When I got mine, you had to pay for them. About $6 plus S&H. Now, one free per year according to the site.

I had loaned mine to a few teachers, two principals, and it came back damaged.  It was still usable to teach with, but not as smooth.  Then someone borrowed it to show their babysitter, and I don't think I ever got it back.

Today. I went searching and can't find it.  DS is spending a night at a friend's, and I spoke to the mom and ds will show her how to use epi.

No way is my new one going to get here in time, so I took "step 1" off a twinject, and he can use that to show how to use it.

One can never have enough trainers, it seems.  Thanks for the heads up.  They used to let you order new trainers once per year.  :)
