hi all - I checked on Baja Fresh since I'm traveling to CA this week and there is one by my hotel. I'm cool with their statement, yay for me!

There are no peanut or tree nut products in the ingredient specifications for our recipes or for any products we receive from our suppliers.  As you are probably aware however, there is always the possibility that some of our suppliers/vendors produce other products on their premises that do contain peanut or tree nut products.
