I usually have a problem with corn chips but I narrowed it down to the canola oil. I go for mission Organic tortilla chips and have no problem with those. I think I react to potato chips even without canola oil but I think they use sulfites in the processing of the potatoes. I would steer clear from anything that isn't made from fresh potatoes from your home.
