I made them but they didn't need the coconut flour after all.  The Sunbutter seized up into a workable dough on its own.  Yummy, but I still have two bags of coconut flour left, LOL.

I made these years ago and everyone liked them...I used coconut oil instead of butter.  Mine did not flatten out, they said like lumps.

I have a slightly older version of this recipe so here are my measurements

1 C PB or substitute
3 TBS maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt
3-6 tsp coconut flour (will depend on how liquid your sunbutter is)
coating: 1 1/3 C choc chips and 3 tsp coconut oil ( sometime I skip the oil)

follow the directions in the link
