Oh my goodness, that sounds like a party for my tastebuds!! Apple and peach butters have just been added to my recipe wish list. Mmmmmm.

I plan to grill some peaches tonight for snack.

I need to start a recipe book just for the tree fruits growing on our property.

I don't have any recipes since it has been at least 15 years since I could have peaches, but peach butter (like apple butter) is amazing, and I know there are recipes you can use a crockpot for, so super easy.  There are recipes that are safe to can, but freezing works well and what my relatives used to do.  Good for toast/English muffins etc., ice cream, glazing pork and likely other things I don't know.

I halve them, remove the pit and lay them flat on the grill.

That ice cream recipe looks super simple. I also have an abundance of full fat coconut milk (Amazon substituted containers of 400 ml tinned coconut with 1 litre cartons on my subscription in June.)

Exciting!

The spicy grilled peaches sound intriguing also. Do you cut them in halves, slices, wedges?

I would definitely cut the sugar in that ice cream recipe as well. But it looks good, and so easy.

If you have a quick bread base that you use, then maybe just find a peach quick bread recipe like this one and see if you can sub peaches into the base you have used in the past.  I have not tried this recipe.

This is a great ice cream recipe.  I cut the sugar in half and use whatever fruit I want.  We've tried it with pineapple, plum, mixed berries, but not peaches...since they are not my favorite...I much prefer the nectarine.

I love to just put them on a well oiled grill and let them caramelize.  A sprinkle of cayenne on them is amazing.

Yes, I bought an ice cream maker this summer.

I don't have any peach cobbler recipes. Pancakes and quick breads intrigue me on how you incorporate the fruit.

Smoothies?  Ice cream?  Pancakes? Quick breads? Cobbler?

Do you have an ice cream maker?  I'll have to go dig up my fruit ice cream recipe...it's coconut milk, some sugar and fruit.

Our new house has a peach tree. Last year we had 50 or so peaches. This year we have well over 300, maybe even 500. Soooo... after giving away peaches to everyone we know, freezing as much as will fit in the current freezer space, we still have more than we know what to do with.

Please share your favourite peach recipes. Bonus points if they are wheat-free or easy to modify for wheat allergy.
