I'd like to know how they turn out as well.  I really miss oatmeal creme pies - they were one of my favorite snacks in high school, but they are made with dried apples. :(

There's a recipe for those I tried from a make-your-own-at-home cookbook years ago that were okay. Let us know how these turn out!
