I've always found excellent resolution with the managers of Chipotle when problems arise. If anything they've gone overboard in customer service.

we had chipotle last night.  We've also hit Moe's (a family in town owns one in a nearby town).  Honestly, the last few times there were mediocre.  Last night was pathetic (nothing to do with allergies)but there was only 3 or 4 people working and they were very stingy with the rice etc in our bowls.  they put a teeny bit of guac on my ds burrito while saying guac extra.

I am finding it to be $$ considering the portions/taste lately.  It irks me that they charge so much more for guacamole.

I would try complaining on their facebook page. The ones here (which aren't actually "here" but are an hour away) are so generous. DD and I always split a burrito and we get the rice on the side and they are always willing to give us two cups of rice. The last time ds wanted water so they gave me a water cup. Then he decided he wanted lemonade so I went back to pay for it. They gave me a small cup and told me it was on the house. They've also given us free chips and salsa before.

The one we go to always adds extra rice or veggies when I ask for no charge. I always get the same thing. Extra white rice, black beans, vegggies, steak, med. salsa, and sour cream. Yum!!!

And they have beer at some Chipotles!

But we haven't found anyone in Minnesota yet who can pronounce Chipotle correctly. Lol. It drives him crazy.

My kids call it Chip-POT-tl just to make me nuts.

Yes, I have found the pork is the least spicy.

I love the Carnitas!

Though lately I've been into the veggie bowls with brown rice.  Much more filling and satisfying than I would have thought.

We will miss Moe's when we move. Our Moe's is great. We walk in and they change gloves because DS is vegetarian. The manager is a vegan. :)  dS loves the tofu option at Moe's. I like the food better. So does DS. DH and I like the Seinfeld references and the fact that it doesn't take itself too seriously. And they welcome us when we walk in.

We have missed Chipotle and go there out of town. And we'll have one when we move.

Our first Chipotle experience went pretty well! Similar to Moe's except the meat is spicier and WOW :o much more expensive!

No egg here, just PN, TN, sesame, chick pea and some forms of soy.  dS is there several times a week.  :misspeak:

We eat there probably too often because the kids like it.  And the kids have FAs to milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts.
