As long as you're standing, I don't think it does. Wandering around and eating might be even better.

Personally, I trust Pepp. Farm's labels. I'm PA only though.

Do you mean the Tim Tams? Unless you want to gain 20 pounds, I recommend against it. They were so. good. I couldn't stop eating them and they're pretty high-calorie...

Pepperidge Farms Tom Toms. These have no warning or nuts in ingredient list. Has anyone seen these? I didn't buy them b/c I was worried I missed something.
