What we learned:  peanuts are used on a different floor with its own dedicated HVAC system.

DS has eaten them without incident. And they're good. I like Bob's better, but I will buy these again.   No artificial coloring!!

I saw these today (and bought them, but DS won't eat them until I call).

The labeling says this:

Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Natural Peppermint Flavor, Organic Fruit Juice

Produced on dedicated nut-free and gluten-free equipment in a segregated area of a facility that also processes dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Anyone with a peanut allergy tried these?  The fact that they used the term "dedicated equipment" on a label made me swoon right there in the store.   I'm thinking that if they understanding enough to use this language they probably have some pretty good practices in place.

Hoping!
