Janelle, I've heard/seen this before and have been anxious to try it. I've heard it fools even the most apple-savvy folks!

I know you probably want an actual apple pie, but I have to recommend the zucchini pie that I made earlier this fall - tastes just like apple - even to non-apple allergic folks.  It was delicious.
