I can accept it being a completely nursing-side document. Two referral doc in it may be interesting: Preventing Allergic Reactions, and Toolkit. A lot of citation is to the state, followed up by NASN. Then there's a sprinkling of journal papers, National School Board doc and FARE once or twice. In of itself I don't think it's harmful to not mention 504.
