An additional comment as to the IBD student's needs -- note that there is accommodation to carry/eat food at any time (to include classroom) -- remember that the LTFA child's needs would need to be deconflicted with the IBD or diabetic child's (or teacher's) medically necessary accommodations as well.

Just a thought.

Some of the wording and organization may be useful to some here, IMHO.
