I finally went to BJ's and here are photos of the donut holes and muffins I buy there that are both nut free. Blueberry muffin cakes are individually wrapped, great for sport and on the go.

Sams club also sells the donut holes.

Hmmm, maybe I should check out Costco bakery items on Friday. We plan a trip there to buy for our party.
