It's green tea powder. Used in baking and other recipes. Mostly dessert types.

Ooooh, what kind did you find that is safe?  I'd like to make Green Tea Ice Cream.  It's a fave of mine.  :yes:

I found this-is it the same as matcha powder? It says peanut/tree nut free and none in the facility.
