This is a very important article and includes a link to a Dear Colleague Letter from OSERS.

Key items: students must feel safe in order to benefit from FAPE, and changing their placement to protect them from bullies is not LRE.

This stuff is gold for students with LTFA!

Have been saying this for years to school staff and admin . . . often to deaf ears.  Nice to see it in print at this website!
