What tools do you use to track your food allergies? Do you track reactions and symptoms?Do you do this with an online worksheet?

Like a food diary? Use whatever is comfortable. Pictures are useful for the docs sometimes.

I do have a simplified version in an Excel spreadsheet, but it's more of a history, and that made sense to me organizationally.  It's not a lot of text, or I wouldn't have used Excel.  I use this when I go to a doctor.

Is there an app for this?  Goodness--there must be.

I searched "food diary allergy" at the apple store and got two hits.  One for 99 cents, the other god $2.99

Use an app called iMoodJournal on your iphone.  It creates statistics, hashtags, and uploads a backup of data to Dropbox.

It's a winner for determining trends.
