Lisa I am sorry. I completely forgot to come back and check this thread. To answer your questions I have seen ASD, present differently for young girls. That said both personally and professionally I have never seen two kids exactly alike ASD or not. Based on your description I would recommend a thorough evaluation.  As a teacher I see some red flags. I see sevreal similarities to my Niece and DS.
