Consumer alerts, personalized recall service?

Have others here been getting this ad/promotion in your Facebook feeds?  Is it a reputable service?  Is it paid or free?  Anyone have more info on it?  Deciding if I should not only get it, but perhaps share it, so others, non-allergic, see it and get some education.  It does have a good bit of info about the risk of cross contamination in our foods when you click and open the page.

I have gotten it and started to click through it to register but it was taking longer than I wanted so I stopped...not a very helpful response I realize! But yes it comes up on my feed too.
