So I just learned about these...apparently we could have done a tour and tasting when we were there a few years ago had we known.  I think I will do an order around Christmas or who knows maybe earlier...

They offer 3 kinds of chocolate:  milk, dark milk and dark...all are nut free, soy free and gluten free.
The dark chocolate is also dairy free.

Flavors are: lime, blood orange, mango, peppermint, guava, coffee, lemongrass
