Skin test wheal less than or equal to Histamine control?

Question, in a skin test, what are your thoughts on any results that are less than or equal to the wheal size of the histamine control - say in my case:

Histamine came back 6mm and the negative (saline control) came back 2mm (which i believe should be zero?)

Would this mean that my egg skin test result of 4-5mm and my walnut result of 5-6mm would be worth challenging? I have seen that the negative control should not react at all and mine definitely did which may skew things, but I was also curious about the interpretation of possible allergens that are less than or equal to the histamine control. I have not attempted to eat eggs for over 10 years, and I've never consumed walnuts in my life at all. Note that Pecans suprisingly came back at zero, despite being correlated significantly with Walnuts. I am hoping I may have a good shot at outgrowing the egg allergy, but wanted to know your thoughts.

Note the egg igE is around .99-1.01ish kU/L depending on when I test it.

You should read up on the positive predictive value and negative predictive value for both blood tests and skin prick tests. From what I saw on my cursory search, your blood results and wheal sizes are significantly lower than the 95% PPV and at or just below the 95% NPV for egg. If I were you, I would want to talk to my allergist about an in office food challenge and/or introducing baked egg to build tolerance.
