The American retail supermarket chain Kroger have recently recalled containers of Kroger Deluxe Chocolate Paradise Ice Cream, this is because of concerns that it contains tree nuts.
These tree nuts are apparently in their Deluxe Chocolate Paradise Ice Cream, however are not listed on the product's label, this could pose a potentially life-threating risk to consumers who are allergic to tree nuts, if you are not allergic you don't have to worry.

If you have brought this particular variant of their ice cream Kroger urge you to not consume it, instead they ask you to return it to the store and they will refund or replace it.

This product was sold across 17 U.S. states these are Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. Kroger have also stated that "the recall also includes Jay C, Food 4 Less, Hilander, Owen's, Pay Less and Scott's stores in Illinois and Indiana".

There is only one type of container which is being recalled, this is the Kroger Deluxe Chocolate Paradise Ice Cream which is sold in 48-ounce containers with a UPC Code of 11110 50712 and a sell by date of Jan 24 11.
