I just applied for one of these cards. There is no cost.

It helps to cover the difference in price between brand name and generic prescriptions. If you have insurance, this card can still be used for the portion you pay.

Not all prescriptions are covered. Only one that we use is covered.

Fwiw, I now have confirmation this is legitimate.

Brought the card to the pharmacy when getting refills. He is completely familiar with it, and knew that a drug we thought was covered actually is not. (He double checked anyway.)
