Books about Food Allergies

Hey guys!  Can anyone recommend some books on food allergies for adults?  Either something you've read or if you've heard of any bestsellers in this area.  It seems a lot of the books I'm finding are for parents of kids with food allergies.  I want something for adults that suffer from food allergies.  Or I'm finding books for allergies like nasal allergies/stuffy nose etc.. not food allergies.  And by the way, I don't need anything having to do with gluten or peanut allergies.  I can find a lot of those types of books too.  Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.
