I will be researching Maine Law regarding food allergies and 504 policy.  If you have any input I am specifically looking for:

Rules regarding home tutoring or homebound programs

School, district and state policies regarding food allergies or lunch room policies that help allergic children

Any schools in Maine who have no peanut/tree nut or other allergen policies

State law regarding truancy
