carmex lip stuff - anyone use it?

I used to use this in HS and IIRC it works really well. Has anyone ever called or emailed?

I'm PA only and have never called, but I've been using the tubes (not the tin) everyday multiple times a day for about 10 years. I have a problem. 

I will say, two or three times in the 10 years, I've bought a tube of the plain and it was definitely the cherry or strawberry flavor mispackaged, so if you're allergic to those I'd say avoid just because there's probably a chance of cross-contamination.

We've used it, but have never called. My PN/TN allergic child has had no problems with it.
