Student need help with a survey for project-Massachusetts residents preferred

Hello,

My name is Brittany and I am a senior at Fisher College. I am creating a business plan for my senior project. As part of the business plan, I have to complete a survey of my potential target market. The survey is mostly targeted for residents of Plymouth County, Massachusetts. It is a questionnaire on  the need for a gluten, wheat, peanut, and tree nut restaurant in Plmouth County, MA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
