It sounds like they either took the directions as they were given to them (meaning from customer) or someone's hoax because it doesn't sound like proper foblish -- profanity laced NSFW. The grammar is off for ESL, or at least if it's foblish grammar then it's gonna be properly foblished.

But that would be an awesome choice for a restaurant card.
