Adrenaline use in hemodynamically stable anaphylaxis patients was associated with a reduced risk of developing in-hospital occurrence of hypotension.

This was an ED/ER-based study, so that basically means that epinephrine can prevent low blood pressure in some of those patients experiencing anaphylaxis, if it's given before it happens.
