I'm fairly certain this is a US company, though I don't see it on their web site.

I sent an email about peanut, nut, sesame seeds, and this is response.

MeltCraft Candy Wafers do not contain these allergens, and are made in a completely peanut and tree nut free facility. The oil that we use in our wafers is palm kernel oil.
