AFAIK, the first exposure to peanuts that DD had was at 11mo.  Seriously-- we didn't even keep them in the house, really.  I ate candy bars at work.  I remember having to BUY the peanut butter.

About 90 seconds after ingesting ~100mg, she was in full-blown anaphylaxis.  So.   :-/

Me?  Some days it seems like everything.

Mac, maybe not active FA's, as I'd assume the fetal immune system would be dampened.  But dd's eczema was bad almost immediately, and she was exclusively breastfed with the same diet I'd had before I delivered her.  I'm guessing the allergies (or allergic potentials) were there, just needing to be activated, YKWIM?

I'm pretty sure DS1's allergies were in utero.  Eczema within days of birth, low birth weight for full term baby (and I know everyone says "oh but you are tiny" but I have a family history of 9lb babies within my family and DH's), problems gaining weight while breastfeeding.  First ana event at 6mo to small amounts of barley in a jarred food.  Poor little bugger.
DS1 - Wheat, rye, barley and egg
DS2 - peanuts
DD -  tree nuts, soy and sunflower
Me - bananas, eggplant, many drugs

That brings back memories.

PA dd was a fatso.  She looked like a toad - you had to go digging for her neck. LOL  So definitely no in utero growth issues!  But yes, eczema pretty much from the get go.
