Bariatric Advantage is recalling "Chewable Multi Formula," chocolate mint truffle flavor, in select sizes, due to undeclared milk.

The products were distributed nationwide in bariatric surgery offices and by direct delivery to pre- and post-operative bariatric surgery patients.
