I need something to improve the flavor of ham. It's pretty flat tasting even though it's supposed to be smoked or cured or whatever. Or if you have any other ideas...

We used colgin liquid smoke recently with no problems.  We are not PA and I did not call the company.

Thank you. I sent an email and will call tomorrow if I don't hear back. :)

I've used liquid smoke for years (20+), but never called. Never had an issue.

I looked at Colgin's today and on the bottle it said to try their naturally flavored varieties, one of which had pecan in the name. I don't know if that means pecan wood or whatever but I decided to hold off.

Let us know. We have seen it on the shelves but had avoided due to the pecan variety.
