Athens fillo

[Mezzo]

Has anyone used this or contacted the company?  They appear to mostly make fillo, but they at least have a spinach appetizer.

We only deal with PA.

We use Athens Fillo pastry sheets and shells to make appetizers and desserts.  It has been a while since I contacted them, but I was satisfied with the response I received at the time:

No, our fillo dough and shells do not contain any of those allergens. We
do, however, have those allergens in our facility, but they are in a
separate part of the plant and our fillo is not manufactured on the same
line as any of those allergens.

I asked them about nuts, milk, and egg and got a similar response this morning.  Yay!


The Fillo dough and Mini Shells are not processed with/on shared
equipment with nuts, milk, or eggs. You are safe from those allergens.
