Sometimes, it just feels like I'm running in circles with this allergy stuff.  More often, it's more like "one step forward-two steps back".  But, it's been a good week.

I found a web-site that you can get free samples.  I signed up ages ago, but was to late for that set of samples.  Got an e-mail yesterday, went to the page, answered some questions (most about what products you use) then got a list of products which I could choose to receive.  One of the samples was a granola type bar.  I'm not familiar with it, which probably means it's not safe for me to eat.  If it takes to long to fill out your choices, they can be gobbled up by others and not be available to you any more, so I didn't have time to search out the product on line, instead I just passed on that one.

Then, I sent an e-mail to the site and told them that since they do have some food products, I was surprised there was no question about food allergies, something so many families are dealing with these days.  I suggested that in future they might want to consider adding that question.

I got a response quite quickly, that they will make the changes for the next sampling.

That might just mean anyone dealing with allergies won't get food to chose from...or it might mean some of the pf companies start sending samples.   ;D

Either way....I just felt good.

Then, I got an e-mail from a company I had sent an e-mail to three days ago asking about the flavourings in their product, and concern about allergies.  This response apologized for the delay, but said she wanted to make sure her reply was accurate.  It's safe.   :happydance:
