Coconut milk and coconut?

Goya Coconut Milk.  I just made a batch of coconut ice cream with it. 

I can't remember the brand of shredded coconut I've used for baking.

We bought Great Value brand shredded coconut the last time but we've used Baker's too.

I finally got around to calling about Trader Joe's Light Coconut Milk (in a green labeled can)...I know lots of people do not trust Trader Joe's, but they told me over the phone that there are no peanuts or tree nuts in the facility where it is made. 

Ingredients are: Coconut Milk and water.  It is a product of Thailand.

DS has not tried it yet since I just called today, but the rest of us like to eat it over berries with some cinnamon sprinkled over the top.  Plus with DD getting braces soon, we can use this in some shakes instead of juice.
