Peanut nut and sesame safe.  They aren't actually hotdog buns.  But they are an egg bun shaped close enough that I can use them as hotdog buns.

I did post in the manufacturers forum.  The company is called TSF - The Siopao Factory.  But I think it's a local company and probably only available here.

You know you have allergies when......mid meal you run to the garbage can, digging through to find the ingredient list to see if there's a livable reason why your tongue is burning.  And when you see "hot and spicy" on the label, you wash your hands and continue eating.
